This is a great story - in more ways than one. The adopted "new family member" says it all. And if you've got to be stuck somewhere, nothing wrong with Frostyville! :)

This was from a while back, but I forgot about it. Saw a similar program with a different kind of cargo chair pedal bike last year in Canada. That one was on a path in my brothers town outside Van. Clearly more cities taking it up. Hope there are programs like this when my time comes...
