Stolen Bike?

Is anybody aware of any widely used databases or similar that list stolen bikes? I was browsing Facebook marketplace and located this:

Seems pretty dodgy to me.

It's not on that link any more.

I use this - started by an ex-Qld Detective. Great resource.
