From Thursday 5th Sept. The forum has not worked. I have notified our IT and BNV for help.

Update as at 9pm Monday 9th Sept. - I haven't heard anything from Bicycle Network staff.

It would appear that even digital stuff goes the way of all flesh!

Will the last person to leave the room please turn out the lights :)

I shall miss this source of interest, information, help and camaraderie.

It seems to be slowly dying... Never know when the link will work.

On that note, if it suddenly drops out for good, consider this my farewell :D I'll continue reading til then!

Yes, it will happen suddenly without any notice. Maybe create a temp Facebook group for the final farewells ;)

If that does occur, then it speaks volumes about BN's attitude towards this forum. The least they could do is let the forum users know in advance that they need to start planning to move to other fora.

Well, we are up but for how long.........

What other forums do our members visit?

I have politely been told to delete all comment about BNV IT and not to contact them again. Use the Contact us section.

So after they read this, This forum may never appear again.

Thank you to our great members.

This forum has been going for 14 years and before that we were on another. I have been on BN Forum since 1999.

Frosty.

Thanks for your efforts Frosty. I logged on this arvo by sheer fluke shortly after your post.

I did try to log on via the main BNV page, but it seems that was broken also.

So was it a deliberate shutdown or just CBF fixing it? The direct link at the bottom of the BV home page never went away.

The direct link never went away, but it stopped working at the same time as the other.
