"Looks like a woman to me" and it's taken in Mason St Newport. Although an area undergoing rapid change, it's still the west and I'd be more surprised if she had a helmet on. ;)

Not really a bicycle as such as it has no pedals, more an electric trike, but still cute and I wouldn't mind one of those to duck down the shops
