You may embed only 3 quotes within each other.

They couldn't suspect us of indulging in too many inline quote wars, could they? :P

Second that: the colours are much too similar to differentiation at a glance.

bit scary that you can see who is online enmasse and what they are doing at any given time.

ie. can see xyz person is viewing a topic in the competition section or you can see abc person is responding to a private message.

Online status was a feature of the old forums as well, though not in that detail I don't think. You can choose to hide your online status if you wish. I don't think it's a bad thing.

Avatars on the right though, still grates. Badly :p

I have now enabled a theme called "subsilver2" which looks quite similar to the previous forums. This includes having the poster details listed on the left.

To enable this theme, visit the User Control Panel, select "Board Preferences" and choose "subsilver2" from the "My board style" drop-down box.

Thanks for your patience.

I've also increased the maximum depth of nested posts to 10, though you are encouraged to quote responsibly. ;)

My thanks too, Ben :D

Any chance we could also have the login requirement removed also, i.e. the one where you must login to view answered posts, after clicking on one of the reminder emails? As I mentioned before, there's no real need for this requirement, as any guest browsing the forum can view those same posts anyway.

Regards,

--- Victor.

I've had a couple of emails advising me of PMs waiting lately, I haven't had to log in to view as I check the keep logged in option.

Sorry ben...

I'm probably the only one, but I don't like the 'subsilver'...
I can hear you thinking, well: it's optional don't use it then...
True but the current version stil has the avatars on the right... :?

p.s. thanks for upgrading the quoting limit to ten.

Pro wins in style, sub wins in function. Agree if there was an avatar on the left Pro I'd be rolling with that.
