Ok - you guys can't make up your mind: I'll be out Sunday morning AND Sunday afternoon - with a few hours break in between for re-fuelling... riding and running... my last hurrah for a little while...

Read hamishm's post elsewhere about *only* getting 400km in for his rec ride. Calculated only two rides last week for a grand total of about 95km. I need to get out more :shock:
