Mowed the lawn, washed the car and bought a bike rack for the roof of the car.
I've actually backed off the riding over the last couple of weeks due to various soft tissue injuries i have attained from other sports. (which i am still playing due to them being team sports).
Before that i was doing about 100km a week and also ATB.
Much better than my effort last year of dusting the bike off with a 17km shakedown 2 weeks before to make sure the bike still worked after a 3 year hiatus.
