Ride Guide

Has anyone got their Ride Guide and Passports yet? The website states they are being sent out mid October.

No sign of mine, so I suppose next week means week beginning 14 November. Very late this year. Tom

I spoke to BNV a couple of days ago on another matter and asked the girl what was happenning with them. She had received a copy and said they would start getting sent out "shortly" and only the ride guide and a couple of other bits of info would go out with them while all the rest of the stuff would have to be picked up from Swan Hill. Not sure if the ride passports will be with the guide or not. Seems they're a bit disorganised to be leaving it so late. The girl didn't know why it had been left so late.

My daughter and I received our ride guides yesterday (friday 11/11/11). It says in the pack that passports, bag tags and bike tags will be collected from Swan hill.

Got mine yesterday, looks good...this being my first GVBR it was good to start getting some more detailed information.

Will be in Swan Hill by Friday lunch time, so no issue collecting all the other stuff then....they're open for checking in Friday afternoon (until 7pm I think).

Starting to get excited.

My copy awaited my arrival home yesterday afternoon. I note the maps are not as good as in previous years, which is strange, given that Vic Roads and RACV are sponsors. Previously maps were taken from the Victorian Road Guide. Tom
