video should start playing around 9:01, see what happens at 9:09

Judging by the gel wrappers Sunday afternoon, was it a run or a bi on the weekend?

I'm pretty sure a run. Athletics Victoria had their van parked at the finish.

^^ unlikely the De Castella - it was on the 26 Aug, and being such short legs (5/10/15km) competitors wouldn't likely be using gels - the date does coincide with this AV run, though

Either way its not good form. Mind you the alps end up covered in foil after each Alpine Classic. I dont understand why if you can carry a full gel you are unable to stick the empty one back in your pocket.

I roll the gel packet up, with the open end buried inside the folds, and the tuck it back under the hem of my shorts.

It stays out of the way and won't gummy-up my pockets.

Thankfully banana peels are biodegradeable, they'd look a bit funny peeking out above the knee :-)

Holy thread resurrection..... after too many weeks off with the achilles, rolling some laps on sat from 1030, will be the big slow guy with the red bike buried between my arse cheeks.
