Have wood smoked (hot smoked) salmon to eat up.
Cooked up some angel hair pasta with a sauce of olive oil, garlic, parsley, dill, verjuice, sour cream, lemon zest. Added in some asparagus, spring onion and spinach.
Topped with parmesan, pepper and crumbled on the salmon.
Side salad greens, tomatoes, capsicum, cucumber.
