My tastes in music tend towards the very obscure, and I particularly like neo-classical, post-rock, ambient electronic, or some combination of these. I don't know if you've heard of any of these bands, but they've created some pretty impressive music.

March Thirty One, by Falling You, from the album Touch: https://youtu.be/DwR5vLI1OxE

Stay, by Frolic, from the album To Dream, Perchance to Sleep: https://youtu.be/6jonkxi6SzE

Labyrinth of Dreams, by Blue Stone, from the album Worlds Apart: https://youtu.be/cIAkgG-r6TQ

Arcus, by Amethystium, from the album Evermind: https://youtu.be/KEpOEE18d_c

Photosynthesis, by Carbon Based Lifeforms, from the album World of Sleepers: https://youtu.be/rRW_zVeRp9I

Like a Valley With No Echo, by Hammock, from the album Oblivion Hymns: https://youtu.be/l1SZjOS0_PQ

City of Moving Clouds, by Mercury's Antennae, from the album A Waking Ghost Inside: https://youtu.be/RHNX1_8lo0A

G'day victor,
1 to 4 and 7 - reminded me of the haunting sounds of Enya and the songs from Twin Peaks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T5l0CczyiJg.
5 - didn't do much at all.
6 - was a nice instrumental.
Frosty.
