I've been reluctant to let this one go, but I have enough load carrying bikes to make this one redundant. None are as fun or can carry passengers though, I'm going to miss it.

... very flexible. There's a ton of different accessories, and it's built around an open standard so the dimensions are available to anyone to make compatible items.
Due to the upright position, fitting most people is quite easy with a change of saddle height / stem length/stack, and bars for an extreme mod.
Donor frame is a Shogun Trail Breaker, Tange infinity OS steel tubing, TT 57cm CC, ST 48cm CC / 53cm CT
Fork is a Surly 1x1 suspension corrected rigid fork with threadless headset, replacing the original threaded headset and flogged suspension fork, much better handling & braking.
Front wheel is a DT E540 laced to Magura (DT Swiss rebranded) disc hub
Rear wheel is stock, 7sp cassette freehub.
3x7sp drivetrain, indexed trigger shifters
Shimano hydraulic front brake, Shimano vee rear brake (Xtra frame has a disc mount)
Schwalbe Marathon tyres, no flats, long lastingFootsies fitted
for passengers, along with a set of bars for them to hang on to.
Snapdeck has been refinished with multiple coats of marine grade varnish for a hardwearing shine.
Full fenders fitted, with room left to allow for larger tyres like Big Apples or similar.
New DT E540 disc rim and Shimano BR-M535 hydro brake to setup a new rear wheel / disc brake
Wideloader fabric, just needs some bent tubing to create the loader frame
