Re: How was your commute today

Who made it to work 10min before the weather kicked in?.....ME! :D Me too! Completely coincidentally and very fortuitously, I was early this morning, getting to work around 7:45am. I had a shower and was sitting at my desk, when I heard the thunder and wind outside. Not me. I was running a little l...

Re: The weather-watch thread

Had 10-15min of heavy rain this morning around 8:30am which coincided nicely to be just before I was about to head out the door and run to work... Eased enough to go and did nearly completely stop by the time I got to work.

Re: How was your commute today

Ride was warm but I don't mind it too much...

Thinking if the forecast rain comes tomorrow I might run to work rather than ride. Was planning on going rock climbing at Mt Arapiles this weekend, looking very doubtful now!

Re: The weather-watch thread

95% chance of rain. I'll definitely be packing my wet weather gear. Too Warm. I'll just accept that i'll get wet, and enjoy the ride. Wear some of my older gear I don't mind getting grubby or potentially marked up from road grime - clip on the rear fender ... and away we go! Fortunate to have provi...

Re: Taiwan KOM Challenge 2017

Nice fixie. This was on my bucket list. Still a little disillusioned with riding - haven't ridden on a weekend since Paulette was diagnosed back in July 2015!

Perhaps if I get motivated to train again and ride it may be again on my list...
