Re: Ringwood Road Ride (RRR)

Well, I was last up each hill. Not a blow to my ego, as I'm doing base training, so lengthening my time spent on the bike was much better than racing up the hills and having to stop for a few minutes. I'm sticking to that story (it's a bit more believable than the "I've spent 18 months getting ...

Re: Ringwood Road Ride (RRR)

Fraggle - Just because jmcleod is going to be there!!! :P I'm definitely obliged to come along now! I've had two practice rides this week, and I can confirm that: 1. I suck at riding a bike in a straight line. 2. I suck at going up hills. 3. It hurts to sit on a saddle. 4. I'm way too tense on curv...

Re: SQL Query*

I was going to suggest using a View to order the results, but I gave it a quick test, and found that Access calls its Views "Queries", which you said you couldn't use. It did work though. In the "real" database world, you'd use a View to get a slightly different view of a table, ...

Re: Cyclists... Causing more Co2 than they're saving!

Does the title of this thread come from the title of the mentioned email? Whether it does or not, no evidence has been provided in this thread to confirm or deny that cyclists cause more C02 than they save, so the thread title is unnecessarily provocative. It's only provocative if intended as such....

Cyclists... Causing more Co2 than they're saving!
